YGG (Yield Guild Games) is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) for investing in non-homogeneous tokens (NFT) based on virtual worlds and blockchain Games. NFT is a non-homogeneous token that maps virtual items, bringing digital ownership and verifiability. NFT on blockchain technology is entrusted to pry open the door of the meta-universe, and is considered to be a real connection to construct and achieve the unity of all virtual societies in the meta-universe.

Aims to create the world's largest virtual world economy by investing in "play while you earn" games to earn games and their in-game assets, sponsoring millions of "play while you earn" gamers, and building the tools to enhance the future of Metaverse gaming.

As technology allows more people to move more of their lives online, an entire digital economy is developing in these new virtual worlds, known as "meta-universes." YGG's business model builds real-world value from basic meta-economics.

YieldGuild Games is a gaming guild composed of 2,500 members who believe and practice the concept of play-to-earn, a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) owned by all investors and players. The investor is responsible for the initial investment, the player is responsible for the game's gold, and the guild's surplus is reinvested to buy in-game virtual assets and land.

YGG tokens will be participated by leasing NFT assets owned by YGG and active guilds. For example, users can use YGG in Axie Infinity. SLPS generated by gameplay are distributed back to the DAO, with a pre-calculated share of YGG tokens issued to the player to be used in alignment with the DAO's goals. YGG tokens will be used to interact with governance and other functions. In the future, the provision of NFT lending and delegation based on smart contracts will allow economic activity in virtual worlds to grow. While YGG will work to achieve this in a trustless manner, in the short term, social coordination through daOs will be used to achieve YGG's goals until these activities can be managed through smart contracts. After generating significant financial growth through our scholarships and automated leasing, YGG will launch a leasing marketplace, opening its scholarship program to others. This will include other forms of unsecured loans for YGG members.

YGG tokens can be used for the following purposes: ● Stake YGG to receive token rewards related to its overall activity; ● Stake YGG gets rewards related to specific activities; ● Stake YGG exclusive content; ● Stake YGG votes to participate in DAO; ● Stake YGG subscription exclusive products; ● Use YGG tokens to pay for services in its network.

Combining the strengths of irreplaceable tokens (NFT) and decentralized finance (DeFi), YGG brings performance agriculture to the game economy while adding value to these virtual worlds by developing the content and economies of these games.

YGG will create a subDAO to host the assets and activities of a particular game. Assets in subDAO were acquired by YGG Treasury, fully owned and controlled for security reasons, multi-signature (multisig) hardware wallet. With smart contracts, the player community will be able to put assets to work. The subDAO is tokenized, and a portion of the subDAO token is made available to the community. Community subDAO token holders can send proposals and vote on game mechanics for specific projects.

Community voting unlocked token rewards. That's where we'll introduce staking to get rewards directly, into their accounts through smart contracts. The allocation mechanism will be concerned with proposal submission. The purpose is to create a mortgage vault to use from the network as APY. YGG will eventually publish various pledge vaults where token pledges are rewarded from YGG's overall activities to specific activities. The vault can also be designed with a combined network of token rewards from the following events and additional membership privileges, such as discounts and exclusive merchandise.

YildGuild Games can participate in a variety of Games (such as Formula One Delta Time) where players can earn rewards, while DAO makes NFT investments. Guild revenue will be stored in a digital wallet. Players end up being split into tiers, with the hardest working workers getting more money. Dizon expects to raise more money in the future, and game companies will seek cooperation from unions to make their games go viral. More NFT-based games are on the way.

Due to the opacity and centralization of the project, there are also security risks in the management of community assets by multi-signature wallets, which will affect the enthusiasm of investors.
